Bensenville, Ill. (December 12, 2024) — The Bensenville Park District announced special hours for the upcoming holiday season.
White Pines Golf Club, located at 500 W. Jefferson St. in Bensenville, will be closed December 24 through January 1. The club is otherwise open year-round, weather-permitting, with the East Course currently in operation.
The park district’s administrative offices, Deer Grove Leisure Center (DGLC) and Wood Street Fitness Center, located at 1000 W. Wood Street, Bensenville, will close early at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, December 20. The facilities will also be closed December 24-25 and December 31-January 1.
The park district will operate as normal other days, from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. Sundays.
Fischer Farm, located at 16W680 Old Grand Avenue in Bensenville, is open daily from dawn to dusk, but buildings will be closed December 24-25 and December 31-January 1. Farm buildings—including the Farm Shop—are typically open between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
